Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using CasinoLanders (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CasinoLanders is a software tool that lets you keep a casino data library, design casino affiliate landing pages with AI, and deploy them to your own domains. CasinoLanders is a software provider only. We are not a casino, a bookmaker, or a gambling operator, and we do not offer, host, or facilitate any gambling, wagering, or games of chance.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is for professional and business use.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may not share your account or your MCP token in a way that lets others act as you.

You retain ownership of the content, casino data, and landers you create. You grant us the limited license needed to host, render, and serve that content so the Service can function. You are solely responsible for your content, and you represent that you have all rights needed to use any brand names, logos, trademarks, offers, and images you add.

Gambling is heavily regulated and varies by country, state, and region. You are solely responsible for ensuring that every lander you build and publish complies with all applicable laws and the terms of any affiliate program you promote, including:

• advertising and marketing rules for gambling in each market you target;
• licensing, disclosure, and responsible-gambling requirements;
• correct age restrictions (18+, 19+, or 21+ as applicable) and clear age and self-exclusion notices;
• not targeting jurisdictions or people where the promotion is prohibited;
• truthful, non-misleading claims about bonuses, odds, and offers.

You must not use the Service for any content that is illegal, targets minors, or promotes unlicensed operators where a licence is required. We may remove content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe breach these terms or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• infringe the intellectual property or rights of others;
• publish malware, spam, or content that is fraudulent or misleading.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by CasinoLanders and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any rights to our marks or technology except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

The Service works with third-party tools you connect or rely on, such as your domain registrar, DNS and content-delivery providers, and AI assistants used through the MCP connection. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is offered free while in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may introduce paid plans in the future with notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that using the Service will result in any particular search ranking, traffic, revenue, or business result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CasinoLanders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, which may be zero while the Service is free.

You agree to indemnify and hold CasinoLanders harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your content, your landers, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or applicable gambling and advertising laws.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or applicable law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you end, while sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
