CasinoLanders ("CasinoLanders", "we", "us") provides a software platform that lets you build and deploy casino affiliate landing pages. This policy applies to our website at casinolanders.com and the CasinoLanders dashboard and API (the "Service"). It does not apply to the individual casino operators or third-party websites you link to from landers you build.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information CasinoLanders collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Who we are
2. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Demo requests. When you book a demo we collect your name and Telegram username, the type of business you selected, and any optional email, website, or message you provide, so we can contact you and prepare the demo.
- Content you create. The casino data, landers, domains, and settings you add to your account.
- Lander analytics. On landers you publish, we capture aggregate pageviews, clicks on calls to action, a privacy-friendly visitor identifier, and engaged time, so you can measure performance. We do not collect names, emails, or payment details from your landers' visitors.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and device information, and log data generated when you use the Service.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To respond to demo requests and communicate with you about your account and the Service.
- To measure and improve performance, reliability, and features.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse, fraud, and spam.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to run the Service. Landers you publish use a privacy-friendly identifier stored in the visitor's browser to count unique and returning visitors. Any analytics or tag scripts you choose to add to your own landers (for example Google Analytics) are your responsibility and are governed by those providers' policies.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting and infrastructure, content delivery and SSL providers, and email or messaging tools, and only to the extent needed to provide the Service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
6. Data retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. Demo requests are kept while we follow up and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your data as described below, subject to legal or legitimate-business retention requirements.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@casinolanders.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country. Where required, we take steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection.
10. Age restriction
The Service is intended for professional users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Landers built with the Service promote content restricted to adults and must carry appropriate age and responsible-gambling notices.
11. Third-party links
The Service and the landers you build link to third-party websites, including casino operators. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Please review their policies before providing them any information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
